Editorial
Where stories take shape.
A shoot can create material for more than one kind of story.
We work through interviews, footage, photography, archive material, and the moments between the planned ones to find the strongest structure. That might become a longer film, a focused short piece, alternate runtimes, or related edits built from the same body of material.
Editorial is where we make decisions about structure, pacing, performance, visual rhythm, and what belongs in each version.
For interview-led work, that often means finding a few essential lines inside much longer conversations. The edit is where all that listening pays off.
Voiceover
Give the story a voice.
Some stories are carried by an interview. Others need narration.
We can work with professional voiceover artists or record the people closest to the story, depending on what the piece needs.
From preparing the script and planning the session through recording, selecting takes, dialogue cleanup, and integrating the final voice into the edit, we treat voice as part of the storytelling rather than something added after the picture is finished.
Music
The right track changes everything.
We source and audition music with the story in mind, looking for something that supports the pace and feeling of the piece without doing all the emotional work for it.
Once we find it, music becomes part of the edit itself. Not something dropped underneath at the end.
When licensing is required, music is sourced and licensed for the agreed use as part of the project scope.
Sound
A film should sound like somewhere.
Footsteps. Machinery. A kitchen. Wind through a vineyard. A bottle on a table. The sounds around the story can do as much to establish place as the picture.
We clean dialogue, shape location sound, balance music, build transitions, and mix the pieces together so the finished film feels complete.
Color
Make every frame belong together.
Color is where footage captured across different moments, locations, cameras, and conditions becomes one finished visual world.
We balance exposure and color, refine skin tones, shape contrast, and work through the details of the image until the grade feels cohesive and intentional.
Not louder. Not trendier. Right for the film.
Finishing
Details matter all the way to delivery.
Titles. Nameplates. Logos. Captions. Graphics. Cleanup. Reframing. End cards.
We finish the details, review the piece as a whole, and prepare the versions included in the project scope.
Versions & Delivery
One film doesn’t always mean one file.
We prepare the agreed runtimes, cutdowns, aspect ratios, captioned versions, and file formats for websites, presentations, social channels, campaigns, digital advertising, hospitality, and other approved uses.
When multiple versions are needed, we prefer to plan them early so each one feels intentional rather than like an afterthought.
